Computer control interface simulation screen shows the whole dynamic process of station, intuitive and clear. It can store various proportioning and mixing station working data, print all kinds of report data as required. Constant temperature container type control room with sound insulation, heat insulation sandwich panel, capacious and bright, beautiful and easy, in ensuring electrical components working environment temperature at the same time, and greatly improved the operator comfort. Batching system: Station is equipped with two or three bin and can be used for more than three kinds of aggregate gradation need. Loader, directly feeding are available, and each bin has a thick at the bottom of the two-stage pneumatic discharge door, cylinder accept the signal to open the door, in order to weigh hopper at the bottom of the feeding. Module design: Mixing station consists of batching Silo, mixing station, belt conveyor, transition units, Screw Conveyor, power house, control room, independent module units, installation and disassembly convenient, quickly. Weighing system: Weighing system adopts special ingredients control device, with automatic compensation function head. Aggregate, cement, water and additive by separate meter control weighing, measurement accurate and reliable. Hoisting system of the aggregate The measured aggregate released by belt machine, fall in aggregate inclined belt, conducted by the inclined belt ascending to the blender mixing. The troughed belt being chose has the advantage of high dip Angle, large conveying Angle, compact structure, smooth operation, high work reliability. But it will not less than existing configure function now. Our company will arrange the technicians to the buyer’s factory for installation of equipment and training of the workers. The buyer should pay for air tickets (return trips), visa expense, board and lodging, and also need to pay salary to the technician. User should prepare following establishments: (1) High voltage power for PLC control unit. (2) Lightning-protection system for station and earthing.
