HZS Series of Concrete Mixing Station(Ready-Mixed Type) Stationary type, Ready-mixed commercial concrete Batching Plant, Individual weighing system with high predision. Usually for selling the ready mixed commercial concrete to different road or building projects. But not for self project using. HZS Series of concrete mixing station is designed and developed basied on introducing and digesting both home and abroad similar type products advaced technical advatages and using experience. This machinery is widely used for architecture project transportation project ,construction of municipal ,water conservancy ,airport construction ,port construction Metallurgy Mining and construction building site of all sizes. HZS Series of concrete mixing station is composed of Mixer ,materials weighting system, material conveyor system, material storage system, control system and other subsidiary facilities. Mixer: The heart of a concrete batching plant is the Mixer. Customers can choose the scale and grade of the concrete batching plant as well as appropriate host machine according to their capital amount. Our batching plant can meet the requirements of users by using self-developed new-typed mixer or famous brands at home and abroad, for instance, Zhuhai SICOMA, German BHS and TEKA, Italian SIMA, etc. JS series double-horizontal-shaft forced type mixer can apply to dry, semihard and plastic concrete, and it can meet the needs of different working conditions. It has the following features: reasonable structure, good quality of mixing concrete, fast, lower energy consumption , low noise, etc. 
Control System: The control system adopts a kind of control model, i.e."upper monitor+PLC+batch instructment", which is composed of such units as upper monitor (inc. a monitor and a printer), batch instrument, programmable logic controller, electrical controller, manipulation platform, and TV supervisory system. The whole system utilizes its two control types, i.e. PLC control mode and upper monitor. One to realize the automation and intelligence during such a process from dosing and weighting, mixing to discharging. It can improve the batching accuracy, the quality and output of products as well as cost saving. Software design employs the modular structure, consisting of manufacturing module, parameter assignment,management of formula, material,customer, transport,vehicle project and various of statistical forms,etc.It is characterized by interface-friendly, easy operation, powerful function, etc.
