The ready mix Concrete Batching Plant is a combinational device used to batch concrete in centralized.There are many different types and components of the concrete batching plants,the basic structure in cludes:feeding system,measuring system,mixing system,electrical system and auxiliary equipments.HZS50 used lifting hopper to conveyor different kinds of aggregate.This way of feeding material will save more space,and the lifting hopper will have a long service time,it doesn't need to maintenance or replace for a long time.
Technical Parameters:
Configuration: Batching Machine: The equipped PLD1600 batching machine has three aggregate hoppers,the capacity for each hopper is 7m3. And it possessed aggregate hoisting system.The hoisting bucket vulome is 1500L.The weighing hopper with capacity of 1600L. 
Concrete Mixer: The equipped JS750 is single shaft concrete mixer with feeding capacity 1200L ,discharging capacity 750L and discharging height 3.8M 
Control Room: Installed computer,printer and air-conditioner.
