CE mini concrete Batching Plant MB1200 ,proprietary products 10M3/H 20M3/H    Mini concrete batching plant   is designed and improved on the basis of FIBO INTERCON    Compared with the traditional concrete batching plant   1. Hook container frame The mobile batching plant is mounted on a joint hook container frame  in welded steel with covering .The draw hook can be dismounted ,and thus ,helps to prevent theft .         2.Hopper :   Integrated twin hopper for two types of aggregate .Each hopper holds 2*2.4m3.Two seperate feed conveyor for dosing of aggregates .             3.MP Type    Planetary Mixer       Maintenance Access   Large access facility is for easy maintenance and cleaning. The key-operated safety switch guarantees the motor cannot be powered with cover open.       Mixing Device   Special designed mixing facility makes the mixing faster and more homogeneous, no material heaped.       Hydraulic Unit   Hydraulic Unit equipped with manual pump allows the door be opened in case of electric failure.          Discharging Door   The discharging door is equipped with limit switches, which can be opened at any angle. Maximum three discharging doors are available.             4.           With completely mobile mini batching plant, it is possible to produce concrete at the same place over a longer period and then move on to new jobs. The robust container frame is equipped with a draw hook, which allows the batching plant to be pulled on to a lorry with a hook hoist. Alternatively, it can be lifted on to a lorry with a crane.   The batching plants require no poured foundation and they can be placed on any even surface. You can start producing concrete within a few hours after the batching plant is erected. All you have to do is connect electricity, water and any other equipment, and fill sand and gravel in the hoppers.         A hook container model is a profitable investment which will soon pay for itself and return a profit. All wearing parts are produced in robust materials and can be replaced separately, which minimizes operating costs.
