YHLB series mobile double roller asphalt has unique advantages of central reverse device, central inviting air and double rollers structure. It collects the advantages of the modern roller type mixers, reliable quality precise measuring and mixing ratio. It’s the ideal small machinery for daily service and maintenance of asphalt road. Features: 1. Give first place structure to drum-type for batch charging, drying and highly efficiency mixing. The machine structure is compact and transitions is flexible so it ensure to fix and move the machine easily annd directly. 2. It’s widely adaptability. It’s easy to set the drying time so the drying cylinder can reach up the temprature to dry even the wet mineral aggregate standard and ensure the quality of asphalt concrete requirements. 3. Oil-aggregate ratio is very accurate and easy to be adjusted by using asphalt spray. 4. Excellent quality of the products. Temprature stability, mixing uniformity. Especially the middle inviting air division, completely avoid the deadly characteristic of aging of asphalt dru-type mixers. 5. The burner adopted the traditional fuel technology and the latest pulverized coal jet combustion, less slagging, ignition fast and high thermal efficiency. 6. Special designof dust catching system can effectively reduce the exhaust temprature, improve efficiency of dust collection.
